Cleaner, more efficient and safer
Our own invention: a leak-proof fastening system that saves time and money. Leaktite® is a combination of filter plates with filter cloths that you can replace easily and quickly. The plates can be used in a wide spectrum of filtration issues.
Leaktite was born when Frank Kruip opened a window and the rubber profile on the inside of the door frame caught his eye. Frank thought that the same seal could be used for filter cloths. That was the start of the development process behind Leaktite: when closing a window, the gasket is pressed into a groove. This way it keeps out wind and rain. This is exactly how Leaktite works: the gasket is welded to the filter cloth and is pressed into the groove of the filter plate. A clean, efficient and safe system.

Leaktite® is a mounting system made up of thermoplastic elastomer gaskets for mounting filter cloths on CGR-type filter plates. The gaskets can be attached to almost any filter cloth made of polypropylene, polyamide or polyester. Due to the seamless fit, changing a Leaktite® cloth is done in a few seconds.

Leaktite® is safe in contact with food products and complies with the relevant sections in the EC 1935/2004 plus EC 10/2011 directives and FDA regulations. The chemical resistance is comparable to the cloth to which the gaskets are attached.
